another cottage with a spectacular Sandusky Bay view, and a 4 newly built Ranch Houses with a great
view of Sandusky Bay from their back patios). All of our units sit on our 2+ acre lot overlooking Bay Point
and Johnson's Island, with a sand beach, huge wooden deck over the water, boat ramp,and floating boat
docks. Plenty of space to play catch with a baseball or football, play volleyball, horse shoes, or to have a
family reunion or large group gathering.

All of our units have air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and are fully furnished with cooking
utensils, full size stoves, full size refrigerators and grills. Our entire property is wired for wireless
