Additional Fees:
Lodging Tax: 6% lodging tax must be collected for the County
Pet Fee = $100/week or $25 for off-season weekends
Linens = $50/unit (weekly) if we provide or $25/unit for off-season weekends
Additional Guests beyond unit capacity: $25/day/guest
Firewood Bundles: Available upon request $5/bundle
All Units AVAILABLE: May - October, New Ranch Houses units #5,6,7 could be open Year
