Cottage with view #3 : $100/nt (2-night minimum)
Ranch House #5 : $225/nt (2-night minimum)
Ranch House #6 : $225/nt (2-night minimum)
Ranch House #7 : $225/nt (2-night minimum)
Ranch House #11 : $225/nt (2-night minimum)
Additional Fees:
Lodging Tax: 6% lodging tax must be collected for the County
Pet Fee = $100/week or $25 for off-season weekends
Linens = $50/unit (weekly) if we provide or $25/unit for off-season weekends
Additional Guests beyond unit capacity: $25/day/guest
Firewood Bundles: Available upon request $5/bundle
All Units AVAILABLE: May - October, New Ranch Houses units #5,6,7,11 open Year Round
